I'm about to head up to Castle Rock, CO, to meet a friend for lunch. It's a ~40-minute drive, depending on traffic and construction. I know where I'm headed: Castle Rock. I know how to get there: I-25 north out of Colorado Springs. But that's all I know. I'm not sure exactly how long I'll take. There might be a traffic jam on the way up. Maybe a detour. Maybe an 18-wheeler has a blow-out, and I have to swerve to avoid shreds of rubber... I can't telegraph every single second of the journey. And that's ok. Earlier this week, I hosted 2 workshops on planning your 2025 promotions (it's on-demand if you'd like to sign up). I could tell some people tense up when I have them plan a year ahead. No crystal ball will share exactly how many workshop tickets I'll sell in November 2025. And that's OK. I'm focused on the direction my business is heading in 2025 (workshops, boot camps, cohorts, memberships, recurring revenue), and I don't know how every second of every day will play out. Just like I don't know every centimeter of my lunch journey, either. Might take me 38 minutes. Might chip my windshield with a rock. Might see a bighorn sheep on the shoulder. I'm not sure. But... I'm going anyways. So, as you're planning your 2025, focus on the direction, not perfection. You got this, ~ Cody "Time to Go" Burch P.S. Whenever you're ready, here are 3 more ways I can help you build a more laidback business next year:
