When I landed on the idea of The Hourglass for my August workshop, I figured it would be a tough sell.

A lot of my workshops are in the trenches: how to run ads, build funnels, or increase profits.

These are what we call "known problems." People know if they have the problem and would like to pay me to help solve it.

Though The Hourglass concept is slightly abstract, it's the most powerful framework I've ever created.
