Tonight's the best night of the week: date night. My wife and I are heading to dinner soon, and I know one thing: After the food comes and we take a few bites, the server will swing back around and ask how things are going. Is the food cooked to our liking? Do we need anything else? It's a 2-bite check-in. We can do this in our business, too. After someone buys a course, cohort, or program from you, wait a beat... Then, email them to check in. Do they have everything they need? Have they made their way to the member's area? Stuff like that. I just sent this to my Launchpad members, who are ~ 2 weeks into an 8-week cohort. You can do it live or automate it with a delay timer in your email system. Both work.
