I took a trip down memory lane today...

About 2 years ago, I had to rebuild my online business from scratch after an unplanned Christmastime layoff.

Ok..

Not from scratch.

I had my reputation. Some old clients.

And a hyper-engaged email list of 3,138 people.

I hosted a mini-workshop and got about 30 people to buy it.

Roughly 1% of my list.

Now?

As of today, my email list is 15,495 fine folks (including you).

That's 4.9x bigger.

396% growth.

I still get about 1% of my list to buy workshops and bootcamps.

• 175 bought the "AI Boosted Sales Page" Workshop in October
• 161 registered for a paid challenge in January
• 140 bought the "How to Make a CustomGPT" Workshop last month
• 118 bought the "Revenue Roadmap" Workshop in December

I gotta admit, my life has gotten easier the bigger my email list gets.

And, do you wanna know what accounted for 99% of that growth?

You guessed it:

An Ads Machine.

A system that I set up once runs in the background forever.
