My kids have been out of school for a week, but summer officially kicks off tomorrow. Why? We're packing our bags and taking a family trip to Florida. Our flight leaves at 6:30 a.m. We're flying Southwest, which means I had to set my alarm for 6:29 a.m. to check-in. I groggily completed the process and nabbed myself a B42 boarding position. Not great but not bad. My wife? She was sleeping peacefully without a care in the world. You see, she has status with Southwest Airlines. She's "A-List Preferred," which means she's automatically checked in and guaranteed a great boarding position so she can get the seat she wants. I'm a little jealous, to be honest. Everyone wants to be treated better. Whether it's a better seat, more convenient features, amplified access... It feels better to get treated better. And it got me thinking about how to apply this to my business. Currently, I have 4 tiers of support. A free Skool group, a cohort-based 8-week coaching program, a back-end membership that opens up for graduates, and a higher-end coaching program. The promise is the same: Help you achieve more impact, independence and income via a laidback online business. The only thing that changes is the access. My free Skool group is community-led. I rarely post or answer questions. My membership gets 2 live group Q&A calls per month, and I'm super active in the group. My coaching program gets everything.
It's very effective. I'm really selective with the coaching program. It's not for everyone. And it's been closed since January. But...
