Last month, I hosted a meetup for my coaching group to plan out the rest of their year.

We had a huge breakthrough just before lunch.

One member runs a non-profit focused on helping newly married couples.

After an hour or so of brainstorming, the light bulb went off:

A marriage summit.

Summits are great for building your list, authority, and scaling.

We excitedly mapped it out on a whiteboard, then sat back in our chairs to admire our handiwork.

Another member observed our entire interaction and said,

"I'm sorry, am I being arrogant to think that I shouldn't host a summit??"

Her business is totally different, so no, she shouldn't host a summit.

At least not now.

She let out a sigh of relief and got back to focusing on her plan.

Here's what I've learned over the years: everything works.

Summits work. E-books work. Live events work. Evergreen webinars work. Low ticket works. High ticket works.

The magic, then, isn't about mining for one perfect idea...

It's about finding + executing the right plan for you.

The right strategy applied at the wrong time is the wrong strategy.
