Have you ever built a house?

I'm writing this email from the recliner in the living room of the home we built in 2006.

I remember looking at the map with the builder and choosing the least expensive lot on the street.

Soon after, the excavators dug a massive hole in the ground.

Then concrete, framing, electrical, drywall, carpet, paint, shingles, cabinets...

Piece by piece.

Brick by brick.

Project by project.

The house was built.

Running a simple business follows the same path.

For years, I've broken my goals down into projects and built them one at a time.

A project could be:

• Automating my list-building
• Campaign cadence and rhythm
• Story-based marketing engine
• Daily Email Blueprint
• Recurring Revenue Creation
• A "Better Together" Community

And so on.

Piece by piece, project by project, I've built something I'm really proud of.

I have a lot of leverage with my time, energy, and offers.

I deliver 1:many, so I'm not capped by how many people I can help.

I don't have calls on Mondays or Fridays, so I have time to focus and finish the next project.
