I just wrapped up a 2-day intensive called "Launchpad Live" at my favorite coffee shop in Colorado Springs.

We spent 2 days locked in the basement with unlimited coffee and a wall of whiteboards.

It was epic.

After my guests left today, I popped back into the coffee shop to close out my tab.

I approached the bar, smiled, and asked the barista, "Hey... who's in charge around here?"

She pointed to the guy at the end of the coffee bar.

I thanked her, then approached him with my hand extended.

He seemed surprised as I shook his hand.

"Hey, I just wanted to say 'thanks' for everything. Great team, great coffee, great location, great service..."

He smiled from ear to ear.

I continued, "Life's too short not to show some appreciation for a job well done. So, thank you."

I bet the only time he hears from a customer is when things are going wrong.

So, your assignment is simple.

In the next 24 hours...

Got out of your way to show some love to a stranger.

Someone who isn't expecting it.

Someone who might not hear it enough.

You may just start a chain reaction of kindness.
