A few years ago, I brought a handful of entrepreneurs to my hometown of Colorado Springs for a live event.

I taught the only 2 things I'd mastered over the years at the time:

• List building
• Launching products

So I called it "List Build & Launch."

Not very creative, but hey, clear is better than clever, right?

I spent 2.5 days pouring out my best stuff, and when the dust settled, I asked them what their favorite part was.

It was not what I expected.

It had nothing to do with list building or launching.

It was this obscure little throwaway framework from Day 1 before lunch.

Something I'd made up on the fly.

Something I thought might be filler before a lunch break.

Something I snuck into the workbook moments before going to print.

But it was their favorite part of the whole event.

I called it "The Hourglass," and it was a simple way to organize their entire business on 1 page.

I'm hosting a workshop on it next week where I'll give you the whole system.
