There's a new tradition in the Burch household.

Last year I took my 2 older boys (19 + 17) to Universal Studios Hollywood for a ~24 hour trip.

So we did it again.

Spent all yesterday/night at Universal, and now we head home in a few hours.

This morning, we ventured out for breakfast and stumbled onto this one-of-a-kind coffee shop.

It was called "Horror Vibes Coffee."

I love coffee; they love horror movies, so it was the perfect match.

It was a cool spot. Monster-themed drinks. Crazy merch. Beautiful artwork.

It also had big prices and tons of happy customers.

Gotta admit I've never seen a horror + coffee mash-up.

But I love finding super successful niche businesses in the real world.

Works online, too.

I met a guy who coaches software engineers on how to get a raise.

And a lady who helps pilates studio owners get more customers.

A biz friend of mine shuttered her mastermind to go all-in on quilt pattern making.

All niche businesses. All crushing.

It's the main reason I've pivoted from "marketing coach" or "email guy" to:

Helping premium offer owners sell more with a workshop.

Easier to explain.

Easier to buy.

Easier to refer.

Not for everybody (that's ok).

So if you're looking for the next move in your business, you might just need to narrow your niche.

There were dozens of coffee shops we could have gone to this morning.

But only one with a life-size Teen Wolf mural on the wall.

(and a line around the block).

Niche wisely.

You got this,

Cody

Ps. If you still need a seat at my new workshop, click here. It's all about how I launched a new premium offer with a workshop last month.
