A few days ago, I set up ManyChat on my @emailschool Instagram.

The plan: comment a keyword, and it'll deliver a lead magnet.

The reality: nothing happened.

I was perplexed.

I'm pretty good with tech.

Modern software combined with years of experience make my life easy.

I usually throw out the instruction manual and get to work.

But I was stumped.

I tried over and over again.

Exasperated, I turned to everyone's favorite tech support: ChatGPT.

"Tell me how to set it up like I'm a toddler," I said.

I pulled up the ChatGPT instructions.

I pulled up ManyChat.

Then, I saw it.

Beneath the fancy automation I had set up on Thursday were three letters: O, F, F.
