Today, I hosted a December Member Party with my communities.

We laughed, we cried, we hosted breakout rooms.

It was great.

I asked them to reflect on 3 questions, and it went better than I thought.

I thought you'd find them useful as well as we ease into Christmas week.

They're pretty simple, and all you'll need is something to write with.

Here they are:

1. Victories - what are 3 victories you've experienced this year? Could be personal, business, relational, or otherwise. No judgment. Just think of 3 victories, write them down, and reflect on why they were a "win" for you.
2. Lessons - what growth did you experience this year? What lessons did life teach you, and what did you learn? How can you reframe those lessons as happening for you and not to you?
3. Gratitude - what did you do for yourself this year? If you were giving an award acceptance speech and you wanted to thank yourself, what are you grateful for?
