Today, I was chatting with someone who attended Monday's Revenue Roadmapping Workshop.

She was concerned.

Here's why -

She followed the instructions in the workshop:

  1. Put her personal priorities first
  2. Then added her business expenses and aspirations
  3. And finally, planned her promotions

Her concern stemmed from the revenue number generated at the end of the exercise.

It was ~20% higher revenues than what her business brought in this year.

"Do you believe that's possible for you?" I asked.

"Yes." She replied.

"Is there any promotion on here that looks unrealistic?"

"No."

"Ok." I said confidently. "Let's roll with these numbers, then."

Listen, I don't know why this happens...

But, so much of our success or failure in our businesses comes down to what we believe is possible.

If you don't think you can do it... you probably can't.

On the other hand...

If you expect it to work ... you just might surprise yourself.

So, as you're planning, plotting, and pondering 2025...

You gotta believe.
