Have you ever made something fun and useful, then totally forgotten about it?

A year ago, I started a coaching program that included, among other things, a Training Portal.

(Members call it "The Laidback Library").

Anyways...

I just counted, and there are 53 videos in that portal.

If I took just one of those trainings and sold it as a workshop, outside of the coaching group, that's 1 year and 1 week of content.

2 weeks ago, I did this 5 times in 5 days:

1. Took an old training out of one of my programs (Email School, Laidback Coaching, The Membership)
2. Upscaled it with AI to make sure it was modern and useful
3. Packaged it up
4. Sold it
5. Leveraged it

But I didn't want to start over every time, so I made a suite of CustomGPTs trained on my frameworks.

That way, the whole process took about an hour (make the worskhop content, sales page, bump, upsell, and emails).

It was ... awesome.

And I have a hypothesis I'd like to test with you before I roll it out to the masses:

Would you like to do this with me?

Here's how I think it'll work:

Step 1: You tell me about your business. This will happen before our session.

Step 2: We use my toolbox and your "treasure" and turn it into a full-blown, saleable asset.

Workshop slides. Sales page. Bump. Upsell. Emails to sell it.

Done. Done. Done. Done. Done.

You leave with a complete, traffic-ready funnel and a plan to promote it.

I have a few slots on my calendar to get this done next week.

You'd have to be ok moving extremely quickly...

But if you're up for being one of my first guinea pigs and saving a good chunk of money...
