My wife and I were in the Caribbean recently, and the one thing we saw more than banana trees were newlyweds.

They were everywhere.

Every couple on the plane wore some version of matching "Bride" and "Groom" t-shirts.

Now, I've been married for over 21 years, so I'm a looong way from the honeymoon phase.

But I remember it being punctuated by two emotions.

1 - So much joy! It was so fun to be married and move in together and create a new life.

2 - So much optimism! Anything is possible now that the 2 have become one.

Kinda reminds me of launching a new offer.

Everything feels new, fun, and exciting...

You get the idea, snag a custom domain, make a sales page, connect the payment form, whip up a logo, and write a great ad.

"The sky's the limit!" you shout as you publish the funnel.

But more often than not, it doesn't work.

When I was getting started, I'd guess 80% of all the funnels I launched failed.

Opt-in rates were low, conversion rates were low, and click-through rates were low.

It's ok.

I got better over time. Now I win more than I lose.

So...

Instead of relying on emotion and hope...

Create a system that's predictable and repeatable.

That way, you can build and test new ideas quickly.

Then those 20% of promos that "work" make up for the other 80% that bomb.

The system makes the difference.
