Maybe you're a bit like me...

When December rolls around, I reflect on your year and all that happened.

I got up early today to take my wife and mom to the airport for a girls' trip.

I returned home around 5 a.m.

I loaded the dishwasher while the pour-over coffee brewed and did some reflecting while the kids slept.

I thought about the offers I made, the programs I launched, and the people I helped.

I thought about the promotions I did, the marketing I made, and the stories I told.

I thought about the programs I delivered, the memberships I created, and the memories I made.

Some of it made me smile:

• I launched a coaching program with 28 awesome entrepreneurs
• I created Email School with over 200 online business owners
• I helped over 1,000 people grow their email lists automatically with ads

Some of it made me wince:

• I failed to fill a live event in Dallas and ended up with just 1 attendee
• I mercifully closed the fledgling Blueprint membership
• I started and stopped a daily story-telling podcast

But each moment is a brick on the pathway to success, isn't it?

It's not all winning, all the time.

Success, it seems, lies in doing more of what works while having the courage to close down things that don't.

So, as your year winds down...

How's it going?

If so, keep moving forward.

If not, have the courage to pivot or shut something down.
