I need your help.

I'm trying to find a dark green, 4x1, smooth brick in this pile 👇

Here's the situation:

It's a Saturday in December, which means my kids and I are (re)assembling our Christmas LEGO sets.

This pile of bricks will eventually become an Elf Club House (complete with a waffle machine and a gift-wrapping station).

We got this set a few years ago, so it's not in the original numbered bags.

Whoever disassembled it last year just put all the pieces into one big plastic bag.

So now I have one big pile of bricks, an instruction manual, and a cup of coffee.

I got through Step 5 in about 45 minutes (agonizingly slow), then took a break to write to you.

It's hard when you have all the pieces in one huge pile.

You can search for hours and not find the piece you need.

It's much easier when you break the pile into little chunks and put everything in order.

Business is the same.

A lot of creators set big goals for 2026, but don't have the proper instructions or the right order.

They dump the pieces out on the table and dream about assembling the bricks into the picture on the box.

It's no surprise, then, when progress slows to a crawl and success seems out of reach.

What if, instead, we could break our goals into smaller pieces and put them in order...now.

What if we could gift ourselves a roadmap... a Revenue Roadmap... for 2026.

Well, that's what I'm doing next week.

I'm setting aside some time to plan out all my promotions for 2026, so all I have to do in January is show up and execute.

The pieces will be in tidy little piles with simple instructions.

Then everything comes together in minutes, not months.
