In September '23 I filled up a whiteboard with everything I wanted to sell the following year.

Workshops, Mastermind, Membership, Cohort-based programs...

I plotted, consolidated, and deleted until the board looked like this:

I took a step back, admired the plan, and told my friend Emily, "This looks fun."

She put down the marker and said, "Great. Which part?"

I smiled. "All of it."

The whiteboard turned into a spreadsheet.

The spreadsheet turned into a plan.

The plan became a reality.

Since then, I've just run the playbook.

This is great because I don't have to think. I did all the thinking for this year last year.

And it worked.

My 1-person business has made over a million dollars since that whiteboard sesh at a coffee shop in Colorado Springs.

Pretty cool, right?
