I just heard an ad for a new podcast.

The host said, "Can you believe they gave us a podcast? Listen, like, and subscribe ... blah blah blah."

They what? They gave you a podcast?

Weird way to phrase it, especially if you see yourself as the master of your own destiny.

I've been running an online business since 2017, and the one thing I've learned is:

You can just do stuff.

You don't have to wait for someone to ask you to speak. You can host your own event.

You don't have to wait to be featured in a book. You can just write a book.

You don't have to wait to be given a podcast. You can just start one.

Case in point:

In January, I'm hosting an online summit.

I've never hosted a summit before.

I've run the ads for some (one this summer got about 50K leads and made over $500K 😮 )

It's my time.

I'm curious what will happen.

Might be awesome. Might never do it again. Who knows?

But I didn't have to ask someone if I am allowed to do a summit.

And certainly, no one gave me a summit.

I'm just gonna do it.

So, what do you wanna do in 2026?

You don't need permission.

You can just do stuff.
