I had a quick lunch break today between calls, so I ran upstairs and threw open the fridge doors. I rummaged around for an easy bite and found it: A fresh batch of tuna salad that my wife made this morning. I slapped a heaping spoonful on a bed of kale on sourdough toast and took a bite while my wife worked on her laptop at the kitchen table. "This is better than usual," I said. "Well, it has a secret ingredient!" She said with a grin. Turns out... She added a sprig of dill from my sister's garden and a splash of homemade pickle brine. I enjoy tuna salad in moderation, but this was a 5-star lunch. I love secret ingredients. They make everything better. Business is the same. At the most basic form, my job is something like a "digital marketer". I turn traffic into leads, and leads into customers. Lots of people do that, too. It's canned tuna. Luckily, I have a few secret ingredients that no one else includes. Things like: ...email storytelling ...daily emails ...laid-back launches And so on. The cool thing? You have a secret ingredient, too. (But you might not know it yet). Your assignment: break down your approach to getting results for your clients. Think of it like a recipe card.
Keep an eye out for your unique brilliance. That's your secret ingredient. Because everyone can mix some canned tuna with mustard and mayo... But a sprig of fresh chopped dill makes all the difference, You got this, ~ Cody "Kind of a Big Dill" Burch |
