Deep Dive: The PlanA few weeks ago, I drew this sketch on my kitchen fridge whiteboard: That's it. That's the plan. 😀 That picture is basically what I've been executing for the last month, and it's working great. Let me explain. Part 1: The Anchor OfferThe top-right, mitochondria-looking thing with "AO" in the middle? That's your "Anchor Offer." It's the main thing you wanna sell. Most people I work with already have this dialed in. The Anchor Offer comes in a few different forms:
... and so on. Part 2: The Growth EngineThe rectangle to the left of the Anchor Offer has a few shortcuts in it:
And... They all mean the same thing. 😉 What I've noticed is you need something smaller, shorter, and easier to buy that fills people into the Anchor Offer. That rectangle (now) represents a "Growth Engine." Now, a "Growth Engine" also comes in a few different forms:
... and so on. Think this sounds familiar? Well... yeah. It's kind of the only thing I know how to do. And it's how I've been running my business since coming back online in January 2023. Part 3: The "Stuff"Once you pick out your "Growth Engine" type... You need some "stuff."

Part 4: The RolloutStill with me? Now that I had my framework, I needed to roll it out. See this part? "TGE" stands for "The Growth Engine." And I wanted to run an experiment in three parts:
