Over the last few years, I've developed a bit of a reputation as a "laid-back" business owner. It's true. I try not to get too worked up about stuff. This summer, I helped someone with a $600K+ launch. A coaching member had a $32K enrollment on a new offer. My own business is going pretty well, too. But even if a launch underperforms... It's just numbers and math. I'm pretty emotionless about it all. But it wasn't always this way. ~ 3 years ago, I was hustling to build everything back after getting fired from my j.o.b. I was on Zoom so much that I bought blue blocker shades to stop the headaches. I thought about business 24/7. I was restless. But as the pieces started falling into place, I got much calmer. The "fight or flight" response subsided. My EFH (effective hourly rate) climbed: every hour I put into my system yielded higher revenue. When something worked, I poured more energy into it. Now, 3 years later, I've got everything pretty dialed in. My offers sell well and get great results for my clients. My email list grows automatically with a machine I set up years ago. And the majority of my monthly revenue is recurring via coaching, cohorts, and memberships. I can only imagine where I'll be in three more years. I'm just running the playbook. Wanna see how it works? I'm hosting a workshop on Tuesday at 1pm MST and you're invited. Should be a blast. See you there, ~ Cody |
