It snowed 16" in the Colorado Rockies on Friday, so I took 2/3 of my sons skiing yesterday.

Ben (15) and I ski.

Jake (19) snowboards.

It was Jake's third time on the mountain. Not third year. Not third X Games.

Third time overall.

He's past the falling phase, but still gets stuck sometimes.

Getting unstuck is easy if you're on skis and have poles... You just pull yourself forward.

But what do you do if you've lost all momentum and come to a complete stop on a snowboard?

Jake calls it: The shimmy of shame.

You wriggle and writhe, inching your body forward until you get moving again.

It's slow and awkward but... it works.

How about your business?

What do you do when you lose all momentum and coast to a stop?

I find that if I need to manufacture some momentum, a new lead magnet does the trick.

But not just any old lead magnet.

It's a system.

First, I decide on the offer (usually a short, paid workshop), then choose the perfect lead magnet to attract likely buyers.

I give the new lead magnet to my audience (email and socials) and then put some ad money behind it, which creates a steady stream of new people who'd like my help.

Then, business becomes less like standing stuck on a snowboard...

And more like gliding gracefully down a Green...

Would you like some help creating a steady stream of leads into your business?

I'm thinking of hosting a workshop next week on how to make a "high intent lead magnet" that brings in buyers.

I'll share the whole system.

I have to leave town next Monday for 24 hours, but may have some time later in the week.

As long as there's enough interest, that is.

If you'd like to join me to get your audience-building problem sorted once and for all, just reply back and let me know,

Talk soon,
