Last month, I took the boys on an overnight trip to Universal Studios Hollywood. One of my core memories as a kid was the backlot tour where Jaws comes roaring near a tram. I was terrified. So I was excited to take my kids on the flagship attraction. It's about a 45-minute tour through active and retired movie sets. There's the plane wreckage from the movie War of The Worlds. Wisteria Lane from The Desperate Housewives. Bates Motel from Psycho. They also had an old western town, a metropolitan area, and "Little Europe." The tour guide said that they can make "Little Europe" look like any European town. They just change the signs and the flags. Everything else remains the same. Munich becomes Lyon in minutes. No need to rebuild everything from the ground up, just the accent pieces. Reminds me of my lean, 1-man business. Each month, I host a short, paid workshop that fills up my backend offers. But I use the same sales page format, order bump structure, delivery emails, and presentation. The bones remain the same. I'm just changing the flags. It keeps my business simple, and it keeps me from burning out. You don't have to build everything from the ground up every time. Reuse as much as you can. You got this, ~ Cody P.S. If you'd like a simpler, more scalable business in 2026, I'm opening up 2 more spots in my coaching program, starting next month. Click here to see how it works and apply if it's a match. |
