I made it to London on an overnight flight.

Slept a bit... but still feel like a zombie.

My 2nd (final) leg leaves in a few minutes.

According to my research, there are no middle seats.

Well, there are middle seats they just blocked them off.

British Airways took a normal plane, blocked off the middle seats, called it "Business Class" and charged more money for it.

I'm not mad about it.

I'm impressed.

They took the worst seat on the plane and made the problem disappear.

The added convenience means they can charge more per ticket.

So, a quick Saturday morning business lesson:

The more pain points and inconveniences you can remove from your business, the better.

Take whatever the "middle seat" is in your business, make it vanish, and you'll be rewarded.

Happier customers.

Higher prices.

More convenience.
