My Oura Ring thought I had some sort of incurable disease.

My sleep was horrendous, my stress was through the roof, and my heart rate stayed elevated from sunup to sundown.

The reason?

I decided to host a summit earlier this year.

2 months of prep. 27 different speakers. 27 hours of interviews.

$20K of ad spend trying to wrangle 4,900 people into a Skool group.

Posting, scheduling, hosting, upgrading, converting, smiling, talking, chatting, DM'ing...

It kinda worked. Lots of leads, connections, and customers...

But, it was the most complex thing I've ever done in my 10-year online career.

And it almost broke me.

Even worse, I put everything else on hold for 2 months.

I fell off the weekly YouTube horse and am struggling to get back on.

My other clients felt ignored. In a complicated attempt to catapult my business 10 steps forward...

I took 2 steps back.

It was really frustrating.

So I've spent most of the last 6 months evaluating, rebuilding, pivoting, and simplifying.

Hosting The Email Summit highlighted the truth that complexity ≠ growth.

It was a tough lesson for me to learn, but hopefully I can save someone from galloping toward complexity for their next promotion.

If you want more customers, you don't have to spend 2 months, hundreds of hours, $20K in ads....all while ignoring your health, family, and friends...

There's a much simpler way.

I'm working with a small group of founders this month to help them install the simplest conversion machine I've ever developed.

Details here.

If it's a match, email me the secret phrase at the end of the invitation.

As of this writing, I have 3 spots left.

Remember this:

Complexity fails.

Simple scales.

You got this,

~ Cody
