Yesterday, I shared my 5-part system for sending a daily email (you can revisit it here if you missed it).

I explained how the system works each day.

But what about over a month?

Do I just string together 31 days of story-based emails and hope people wander over to the cash register to become a customer?

Nope!

Here's the 2nd part of my strategy:

First, I come up with an idea for a promotion (paid workshop, resource, challenge, bootcamp, etc).

Then I break each week into one of four themes:

  • Prime
  • Promote
  • Present
  • Profit

During the priming phase, I tell stories about the problems I'll solve in that month's workshop.

The strategy is simple: I want to bring the issue to the top of mind for the readers.

That way, when I announce I'm hosting a workshop, they're primed to buy.

During the promoting phase, I tell them about the workshop I'm hosting and what it does for them.

I always open with an announcement email and close with a "it's happening today" email.

But the emails in between are story-led and use different angles to increase curiosity and desire.

During the presenting phase, I'm hosting the event/workshop.

If you're registered, I reinforce what a smart decision it was to join...which increases show-up rate.

If you're not registered (yet), I keep finding new angles and hooks to talk about each day.

Finally, during the profit phase, I'm emailing my list about the back-end offer I made at the workshop.

Might be my membership, coaching cohort, or 1-1 offer.

Then...

Repeat each month.

This keeps my list engaged, opening, reading, and buying.

And it's a simple rhythm I can repeat every month without burning myself (or my list) out.

...which got me thinking...

If I were to put together a ~28-day email promo strategy for you...

...so you can strategically email your list and make more sales in 2026...

Would you take me up on that offer?

If that sounds like something you'd benefit from in 2026, reply and say "YEP!"

P.S. If you're more of a visual person, here's a video I recorded that breaks down each weekly theme.
