I'm 3 weeks into my public attempt to build a $100k/mo business with workshops and Skool. And it was a good reminder that progress doesn't always mean every number goes up. My 1-time payment community grew from 127 > 165 people and has created about $6k in "seed money" for FB Ads. (I recommend making money first, and then paying for Ads). But... My email list shrank again, and my MRR went down by $100 b/c someone left, and another joined at a slightly lower rate. That's why I have a love/hate...
